Some of his notable films include "Uncle Buck," "Planes, Trains and Automobiles," "Spaceballs," and "Cool Runnings." Candy's contributions to the world of comedy and entertainment are remembered fondly by many. 

*  "Cool Runnings" is a comedy sports film released in 1993. It is loosely based on the true story of the Jamaican national bobsleigh team's debut in the Winter Olympics. The film follows the team's journey as they defy the odds and compete in the bobsleigh event at the 1988 Winter Olympics in Calgary, Canada.
