Simon & Garfunkel were an American folk rock duo consisting of singer-songwriter Paul Simon and singer Art Garfunkel. They were one of the best-selling music groups of the 1960s and are widely regarded as one of the greatest musical duos of all time. The duo formed in 1957 and achieved fame in the 1960s with a series of highly successful albums and singles.
