George Lucas is an American filmmaker, entrepreneur, and philanthropist, best known for creating the Star Wars and Indiana Jones franchises. He was born on May 14, 1944, in Modesto, California. Lucas attended the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts, where he developed an interest in filmmaking.

In 1973, Lucas directed and co-wrote the critically acclaimed film "American Graffiti," which became a major success and earned him Academy Award nominations. However, he is most famous for creating the Star Wars franchise. The first film, "Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope," was released in 1977 and became a cultural phenomenon, revolutionizing the film industry and earning numerous awards.

Lucas went on to create the Star Wars saga, which includes three trilogies. The prequel trilogy, consisting of "The Phantom Menace" (1999), "Attack of the Clones" (2002), and "Revenge of the Sith" (2005), explored the origins of the original trilogy's characters and the rise of the Galactic Empire.

In 2012, Lucas sold his production company, Lucasfilm Ltd., to The Walt Disney Company. Disney then produced a sequel trilogy, starting with "The Force Awakens" in 2015. While Lucas was involved in the early stages of planning for the sequel trilogy, he ultimately did not direct the films.

Frank Oz is a renowned American actor, puppeteer, and filmmaker, best known for his work with Jim Henson's Muppets. Born on May 25, 1944, in Hereford, England, Oz has had a significant impact on the world of puppetry and entertainment.

He has performed as a puppeteer for various Muppet characters, including Miss Piggy, Fozzie Bear, and the Swedish Chef. One of his most iconic characters is Yoda, the wise and powerful Jedi Master in the "Star Wars" franchise.

In addition to his puppeteering work, Frank Oz has also directed several successful films, including "The Dark Crystal" (1982), "Little Shop of Horrors" (1986), and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" (1988).
